'NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!'

Problems don’t exist. Challenges do. And I happen to like mine as difficult as possible!

I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations to chop their biggest challenges into ‘bit-size pieces’, thus enabling them to realize their dreams.

Through motivational speeches and interactive workshops I inspire and challenge corporates to get off the beaten track. By looking at different ‘worlds’ and really walking in the shoes of their customers, they obtain new insights, enabling them to truly distinguish themselves.

Sometimes I use ‘Coins for Care’ as an example. I managed to raise millions of Euro’s for charity by collecting ‘left-over’ foreign coins when the Euro was introduced in 2002. A good idea, a naïve plan, no budget at all, no experience, no well known name… However, with lots of enthusiasm and perseverance I succeeded in achieving my goal.

Surprisingly, my experiences in a deserted Malaysian cave during "Survivor" also provide interesting insights and parallels with business situations.

For individuals I write columns and articles in business and women’s magazines. For companies, I give motivational speeches at their events. I also organize creative workshops, encouraging participants to follow their dreams.

My strength is to inspire, to challenge, to question and to show new opportunities by providing unexpected viewpoints. With a challenging goal, the right motivation and buy-in from the stakeholders, most processes can be accelerated. Often the ‘impossible’ is suddenly within reach.
